High Vibrational Energy is carried through the vibrations and sound created by the singing bowls. During a session, the practitioner will play Quartz Singing Bowls that resonate with the 7 Chakras. Chakras are energetic centers within the body which receive and emit their own vibration and need cleansing from time to time. Sound Baths are known to assist with stress relief, reduction in anxiety and depression, boost the immune system, relieve tension, and bringer a greater sense of peace and clarity.
